Trail Boss Packable Tools Warranty
5 Year Warranty

Trail Boss offers a 5-year limited replacement warranty on Packable tools.

For 5 years after the shipping/pick-up date we will replace pieces that are defective or fail under normal use. "Normal use" means the damaged tool was being used correctly for its intended purpose of trail maintenance and construction, while not abusing it.

Example "abusive" uses:

• Prying on rocks or roots until the handle breaks.
• Over-striking a coupling or handle segment against hard objects such as rocks or roots.
• Driving a vehicle over the handle.
• Obvious lack of basic maintenance of the couplings.
• Excessive sharpening/re-grinding until the tool head is non-functional.

Crew Traditional Tools Warranty
90 Day Warranty

Trail Boss offers a 90 day quality and workmanship warranty on Crew tools.

For 90 days after the shipping/pick-up date Trail Boss will replace any pieces that are defective or fail due to poor workmanship or quality. This includes:

• Compromised materials (e.g. cracks, fractures, or other structural flaws)
• Poor workmanship (e.g. missing fasteners or components, items damaged at factory assembly, poor fit and finish)

We offer replacement parts for purchase, including: fasteners, handle with grip attached, exterior handle guard, interior reinforcement core, and tool head. Tool components damaged during use are the buyer’s responsibility.
