The Trail Boss Hoe Rake Slim Edition is a lighter weight alternative to the full weight Hoe/Rake. But its still a tough digging tool made with the same high strength tool steel used for all our grubbing heads. The SL is particularly well suited to loamy/organic soils, with thinner sharp edges it is especially good at cutting through tendril roots and organic soil mixes. The thinner rake side is useful for removing top soil, organic debris and smoothing surfaces. 

The Hoe Rake SL is a hard working tool that is easy to swing and even easier to carry.

Built from Hardox 450 1/8" hardened tool steel; it features a 6.5”(165mm) wide, sharp-on-three-sides blade on one end, and a 6.5" (165mm) wide rake on the other. The Trail Boss aluminum anodized coupling is attached with stainless steel hardware.
