Flat Shovel Head

The Flat Shovel Head is a sturdy formed and tempered steel shovel blade suited for shaping, clearing drains and moving dirt. The shovel blade is a good quality 14 gauge steel, with a Trail Boss adapter securely bolted inside the socket.  The 30 degree handle-to-blade angle, wide flat bottom and rounded sides are ideal for slap-tamping.  [Handle not included.]

The forged and tempered steel 9” wide flat blade makes this shovel work like a full-size shovel while still being packable. The blade is mounted to an anodized aluminum Trail Boss shovel adapter using stainless steel bolts.
