The Trail Boss Pick/Mattock is a sturdy, rock breaking, earth moving head. Built with packability and durability in mind we tested this pick in the rugged and remote terrain of North Cascades and Coronado National Forest. Its compact size packs well and is useful for breaking up rocks and chopping small roots when benching or cutting new alignments. [Handle not included.]

We recommend using a steel handle segment with this head.

If looking for a cover for the Pick, the Hard Rake Cover works quite nicely.
